SEED Program (Level I - IA)

Like a Flower, before it blooms, our Seed program is designed for children ages 3 – 6yrs. Students are introduced to Ballet, Tap, and African dance classes, where they begin to explore their body alignment, locomotive skills, vocabulary memorization, all while developing their creative self-expression. As students are encouraged to become familiar with the principles of each dance discipline, they also enhance classroom etiquette and social skills, while they use their bodies and their minds.

Every Saturday from 10 am – 1 pm, our “seedlings” have two - three one-hour classes. African Dance with live music, Ballet class with actual ballet barres, and the option to add on Intro to Hip-Hop Dance. All students in the SEED program perform in: our annual Winter Gala/ Student Showcase and our annual June Concert.
